If you are reading this, you're on the right site. Bought this knife from an authorized dealer and could not possibly be happier, perfect edc knife. Steel is strong, blade angle is perfect, and the look of the "wood" grip is awesome. Only thing I wanted to change was to get a deep carry clip, and after looking online I was expecting to drop another 30$+. After calling Benchmade customer service and speaking with some of the nicest customer service reps ever, they sent me a clip on the house right away! Unbelievable! If you want unparalleled quality for the price and amazing customer service, look no further than Benchmade.

This is my new EDC. Worth the money. I love the size and stabilized wood handle. Very well built. Benchmade has Great customer service too. I prefer deep carry pocket clips, so I called them and they mailed me one for free! No hassle at all.

Look, I know Benchmade knives aren't inexpensive, but as with most cases, you get what you pay for. I love this knife; smooth action, clip is perfect, and it's sharp! And it's just damned good looking. I consider this knife to be a legacy piece that my son will be using when I'm gone: that's how much I believe in the quality of this knife. Get it, you won't be disappointed. I will be getting another Benchmade soon, the only problem is which one to get!

I have purchased both models of the North Fork. I started with the G-10 model and I liked it so much I purchased the stabilized wood model. Both knives were delivered razor sharp out of the box. With a little lube and practice they open with a flick of the wrist and close just as easily. The fit and finish are Benchmade grade A. My only wish is that they came with a deep pocket carry clip as standard. I had to lay out an additional $50 to a third party to get the deep clips for both. Other than the pocket clip, I have no complaints. These are great EDC knives that also fit right into the woods with you.

I gave this knife all 5 stars. With that being said, I believe it’s easy to assume I love it. The look, the feel, the operation, the materials. All amazing. But, if I paid full price, I probably would have taken a star off for price. I paid $120 and if I paid $165, I would probably be less happy about the price.

This is the best knife I own. I was considering either this or the ZT 0450, but when I got to the store, this just felt right. I’ve had it for 2 days now and the axis lock has broken in nicely and the s30v is a large step up from my previous edc that had VG10. I am going to take this everywhere. Wranglerstar on YouTube posted a video about how he could t love without his 940 and how superior the axis lock was, and I thought it was crazy but now I get it. Why would you use anything but this.

Purchased the north fork a few days ago and can't keep it out of my hand. Had a Kershaw prior, this is a much better blade. I highly recommend it.

I hesitated buying the North Fork because it was classified as a hunting knife and I wanted an EDC knife. But once I wrapped my fingers around one in store, I knew immediately that it would make a great EDC knife. It just felt so comfortable in the hand. An EDC knife is one you'll use almost every day. And since you'll be holding it in your hand almost every day, shouldn't it feel comfortable holding it every time and for the entire time you're performing your task of cutting, carving, or whittling? I bought the Dymond Wood handle version and I couldn't be happier with it.

Bought this at a local outdoor store this morning. I'm very impressed with the quality up front. The wood grain is beautiful and the feel of it is great. The shape is comfortable and useful. Jimping in all the right places. I especially like the jimping near the end of the blade. I'll be asking Benchmade for a deep carry clip, but the provided clip is nice and clips strongly. My use thus far is limited, but I can already tell this is a great knife.

This is the best Bench made in my opinion. For the price it can't be beat. The handles are absolutely beautiful. The ergos are also amazing on this knife.

I purchased my first Benchmade knife yesterday as I needed a new EDC knife. I have owned several competitor knives and the EDC knife that this North Fork is replacing is one that just didn't stand up to EDC. The build quality of this Benchmade knife is incredible. The Stabilized Wood scales look beautiful and they seem to have fantastic grip in my hands. The factory edge on the blade is excellent out of the box. If this North Fork is any indication, I plan to buy other Benchmade knives to add to my collection. I would gladly recommend Benchmade Knives to anyone.

I have been looking and looking for a great every day carry knife. I stumbled across the North Fork and since the second it hit my hand, I knew it was the right knife. Man was I right. This is an amazing knife. It is absolutely gorgeous. The blade shape, size, and material is perfect. The handle looks and feels incredible. I get so many compliments on this knife. And here is the best part: It performs as good as it looks and feels. You will not find a quality of knife as this one. The Axis locking system has made a believer out of me. And for all you lefties out there, it works just as good lefty or righty. It is a bit spendy but worth every cent. Go check it out and I tell you that you will go North as well. North Fork that is!

The North Fork with Dymondwood scales was my first Benchmade. I bounced back and forth between this model and a competitors knife for awhile, but decided to give Benchmade a try. Ive been so pleased with this knife that I'm now awaiting my forth Benchmade. This particular model is a nearly perfect EDC for me. The size and weight are great, S30v steel is easy to keep sharp (rarely need anything more than my strop block), the action is smooth, and I really like the look. Im very pleased with this knife and would definitely recommend it to others.

I've used everything from Gerber to CRKT and Kershaw. They all have an impressive edge straight out of the box. However, the true test of a knife is to skin a seasons worth of deer with it and see if it's still got the shame razor sharp, arm-shaving edge on the blade without needing to resharpen. The competition needs sharpening after every other deer. This is my second Arkansas hunting season with Benchmade Hunt. 8 deer later and I've got the same edge I started with out of the box. You can't beat the S30V Steel.I haven't sharpened it yet I will likely take advantage of the lifesharp warranty at the end of this season just to give it an overall "checkup" from the factory and let the pros sharpen it. I will never use another brand of knife again. I give them five stars and two thumbs up!

I have a very extensive collection of what ranges from fully custom fixed blades and flippers to Swiss Army knives and ballisongs. But there was something about this little flipper.

First, the amazing look of the dymondwood handle down to the great ergonomic feel. Second, the amazing quality of s30v. It holds an edge like no other and withstood every element I had thrown at it with ease. Lastly, it just had the sex appeal, usability and everything I could possibly hope for in an "edc" flipper.

I lost it! As I said before I own many knives but losing this one I had carried every day for two years hurt. More than it should.

I will buy a new one at some point but it's a lot like my dog passing. It's hard to just want to replace something you've invested so much time, care and bonded with so much.
I romanticize about how it wore the few very small rust spots I proudly had obtained over time like beautiful patina freckles. I miss the small cracks in the dymondwood handle it wore like battle scars. I adored this flipper so much it almost doesn't feel right to replace it.

I have had this knife for 4 or 5 years. It holds an edge like nothing else I have ever owned. I use this knife every day for various things, it is always in my pocket. Today I lost it! Bummer. I have to have another. I have owned many knives. This one was something special.

The best stainless steel folder I've ever owned, hands down. Ive carried this knife for a while now 2-3 years or so every single day since I got it I don't exactly remember how long I've had the knife. The dymond wood handle grips well in all conditions and is extremely tough. The blade is exceptionally well shaped for slicing and that S30V stainless is exceptional, I've gotten tree sap on the blade and didn't clean it and the sap just dried up and came off the blade could be the coating I put on it when I clean it but I've never had a knife not rust from that. It sharpens up well and that axis lock is strong but we all know about the axis lock. If your looking for a good work/hunting/fishing folding knife just get the knife and find out for your self.

Light super sharp and elegant, it's perfect hunting blade for pre season work or if you forgot your cleaning kit can slice up you're game right in the woods, it deploys easily and locks up super tight, would almost think it was a liner lock instead of a axis lock, all In all I've been impressed with it.
