365 OUTLAST® - Rescue Hooks
Rescue situations require the right tool, so why not have all those tools in the same place. The 365 Outlast®, featuring the new Benchmade OPTION™ lock, is just that. We’ve combined the strength and versatility of the AXIS® lock with two blades, giving you the flexibility needed to get the job done. The S30V drop-point blade opens quickly with the traditional thumb stud and the thicker, fully serrated, opposing bevel 3V blade uses the integrated O2 wrench for rapid deployment. A carbide-tipped glass breaker and integrated rescue hook round out this rescue tool.
Posted ongood but can be betterPicked this up about a week ago and feel I've had it enough to do a review. Over all its lightweight for having three blades. For being a rescue knife there is no jimping like on the 915 triage (what I will compare it to) the scales don't offer that much grip at all. In fact they get really slippery when you get them wet (sweaty). No jimping above the axis lock which offers no resistance when using the blades (remember think triage).last is the safety hook, there is nothing to put your finger on to keep it safe or out of the way when you flick it out. All in all I think benchmade should take parts from the triage (scales for grip, jimping on the hook and above axis lock) love the knife since it gives you options but hopfully benchmade sees this and makes the changes for the safety of the user.
