Well I got my infidel back for the second time and guess what? The loose blade was not fixed it’s still loose. I thought the two day turn around was fast. Well they sent me a ups overnight slip to send it back. I can say one thing the customer service woman that I am working with is great I really think they should give her a raise she’s been awesome through this whole thing. So I’m sending it back today hopefully everything be fixed hopefully the third time.
