Shipping and Returns

We want you to get the product as soon as you want it, which is why we offer several shipping options and prices. Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to ship to Canada and US Territories such as Virgin Islands, Palau, American Samoa, etc. Please contact your local dealer/distributor to check availability with them. Additionally, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, give us a call and we'll take care of you! 

Return Policy

We stand behind the tools we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your Benchmade, you can return products purchased directly from Benchmade, in original condition, for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase. Simply call customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will help guide you through the return.

While we cannot replace or refund used product, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect, Benchmade Life Sharp Warranty and Service is here to help with all authentic Benchmade products.

If you bought your product from an authorized Benchmade dealer, we will be happy to service it, but please contact the dealer for any questions regarding returns.

Customized Product

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your customization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates, names, and graphics carefully. We guarantee our craftsmanship and the quality of our products completely and that your tool will be customized as you ordered it.
Due to the personalized nature of custom built or lasermarked tools, returns cannot be accepted. If a mistake is made on our part, we will do everything we can to make it right.
