Return Policy For Products Purchased From Benchmade

We stand behind the tools we make sold by us and through our authorized channels. You can return products purchased directly from Benchmade, in original condition, for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase. Simply call customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will help guide you through the return. There may be a 20% re-stocking fee applied . Please note that we do not accept returns or refund purchases if the product has been used.

We guarantee our craftsmanship and the quality of our products completely and that your tool will be customized as you ordered it.
Due to the personalized nature of custom built or lasermarked tools, returns cannot be accepted. If a mistake is made on our part, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Gift Cards

Benchmade e-GiftCards purchased on Benchmade.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except when the face value of the card has declined to an amount less than $5 and the card has been used for at least one purchase, or as otherwise required by law.

1. If you already have a Benchmade user account and are signed in, please click the following link to be directed to your “My Orders” section of your account to begin your RMA:

If you do not have a Benchmade user account, create one here (If the order that you are wanting to return was placed prior to creating your account, you will need to use the second option to start your return). Once you have located the order in which you would like to return, click the “Return” link and begin your return.

2. If you do not wish to create an account, you can call customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will help guide you through the return.
