Return Policy For Products Purchased From Benchmade
We stand behind the tools we make sold by us and through our authorized channels. You can return products purchased directly from Benchmade, in original condition, for a replacement or refund within 90 days of purchase. Simply call customer service to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and we will help guide you through the return. There may be a 20% re-stocking fee applied . Please note that we do not accept returns or refund purchases if the product has been used.

If you bought your product from an authorized Benchmade dealer, we will be happy to service it, but please contact the dealer for any questions regarding returns.

We guarantee our craftsmanship and the quality of our products completely and that your tool will be customized as you ordered it.
Due to the personalized nature of custom built or lasermarked tools, returns cannot be accepted. If a mistake is made on our part, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Benchmade e-GiftCards purchased on Benchmade.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except when the face value of the card has declined to an amount less than $5 and the card has been used for at least one purchase, or as otherwise required by law.
