As an Assembly/Product Service Supervisor, a key part of Kassie’s role for Benchmade is managing personnel efficiently. A day for Kassie can include setting priority with staff members and supervising the work to get high-quality products out the door on time — all of which allow Benchmade to produce at a rate that meets our demand and gets more Benchmade knives in the hands of our consumers.
