Osborne

The 940 Custom Osborne can be configured across key components, including blade steel, blade finish, handle material, and hardware colors. You can customize details like the thumb stud, spacers, pocket clip, screws, and AXIS® bar, as well as add laser engraving to the blade for a personalized finish.

The Custom 940 is available in CPM-S30V, S90V, and CPM MagnaCut®. S30V is a well-rounded option well-suited for everyday use. S90V pushes edge retention significantly further, staying sharp longer under heavy use but requiring more effort to sharpen. CPM MagnaCut® offers strong improvements in toughness and corrosion resistance, making it a capable choice for more demanding conditions.

You can choose from G10, carbon fiber, titanium, and aluminum. G10 comes in a range of colors and offers a rugged, high-traction grip. Carbon fiber is rigid and lightweight with a recognizable woven appearance. Titanium is the premium option, offering a solid metallic feel and strong durability. Aluminum is lightweight and easy to maintain, with anodizing options that allow for a range of color finishes.

A capable everyday carry that handles outdoor use, exposure to the elements, and extended field time well. The Custom version lets you take that further by configuring the knife to your specific needs, from blade steel to handle material and hardware. Laser engraving makes it a strong gift option too.
