Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL/MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Benchmade and any company associated with the Promotion are not eligible.

2. SPONSOR. This Promotion is sponsored by Benchmade Knife, Co., Inc., located at 300 Beavercreek Rd., Oregon City, Oregon 97045.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Rules.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD/HOW TO ENTER. The Sweepstakes begins on 5/9/2024 at 9:00am PST and ends on 6/8/2024 at 11:59pm PST. Entries submitted before or after this Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of this Period using either of the following methods: a. provide email to Benchmade through signup on Benchmade.com. Benchmade will use the email address to provide the Benchmade Newsletter; opt out available at any time, BENCHMADE PRIVACY POLICY APPLICABLE. or b. send a post card to Benchmade with a request to be entered into this Sweepstakes, with name and address. Those that provide the postcard will not be provided the Benchmade Newsletter. Limit one entry per person per day.

5. PRIZE DRAWINGS. The prize consists of one Benchmade knife from the Water Collection. Every day during the program, a winner will be randomly selected by drawing to receive the prize. If the winner does not respond to our outreach within 48 hours of being notified, then a new winner will be selected. Each day’s winner will be provided a Benchmade promotional code (maximum value $260), limited to use on the Water Collection, to purchase the selected knife on the website. Winner(s) responsible for all tax, if applicable.
