WE SEND THE KIT.

You’ll receive everything you need to safely ship your knife (or knives) back to us. No guesswork. No hassle.

PACK IT UP RIGHT.

Folders: Close the blade and slide it into the provided paper blade sleeve, peel off the adhesive backing, and affix the face to the knife.
Fixed blades: Use your original sheath if you’ve got it. If not, the paper blade sleeve does the job. Simply peel off the adhesive backing and firmly affix the face to blade through the slots provided in the sleeve.

Carefully place your wrapped knife(s) into the rigid envelope, close the Velcro flap. Slide the rigid envelope into the plastic courier bag and seal the flap, apply the prepaid label to the plastic courier bag, and send it our way.

WE ASSESS AND REPAIR.

Once your knife lands at our factory in Oregon City, USA, it’s carefully evaluated by our warranty team. We’ll determine what needs to be done—and repair or replace it with precision and speed. All services include sharpening, cleaning, and oiling as a standard.
